A great deal of help is needed in conducting the Mock Election; it involves young Americans K-12 and their teachers and parents in the months leading up to the election. You can volunteer your time to help administer the Mock Election at the state or local level.
If you are an educator, involve your class, school or school district.
If you are a parent or grandparent whose child is enrolled in an elementary or high school or college that is not participating in the Mock Election, your volunteering can prevent your child from missing what could be a life-transforming experience.
If you are an adult who is concerned about the longevity of America's democracy, helping schools or school districts participate in the non-partisan Mock Election will benefit the nation for generations to come.
If you are a public official you can help us inspire young Americans to vote and perhaps to aspire to public office.
If you are a member of the media you can help us get the word out.
If you run or own a business, you can support the National Student/Parent Mock Election with pro bono services, by contributing company funds, running a fund raising drive as is done for the United Way or by contributing resources or supplies. Companies contributing to the National Student/Parent Mock Election are recognized as partners or sponsors. With their permission, their names are publicized as are the names of companies that sponsor programs on public television.
